This California-created dirty martini juice is a perfect blend of early harvest Arbequina and Arbosana olives. To ensure a richer, fruitier tasting olive oil, they are picked and pressed when they are green. Shortly after picking the olives are pressed to ensure freshness.  Our juice is nurtured in aging barrels with premium California grown olives then triple-filtered for a pure, crisp taste.
